SALON POLICY
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

CANCELLATIONS

LATE ARRIVAL
There is a 15 min grace period for all scheduled appointments. After 15 mins it’s a $25 late fee applied to the service or next appointment if it is canceled. Once 30 mins have past, your appointment will be canceled and charged as a no show fee. Please get prior approval to be late. Being late will cause my schedule to get behind for other guests and affecting my personal schedule. I do understand there may be times to be late because it may happen with me, but please contact me. Habitual late arrivals will result in no longer being able to make an appointment with me.

They are broken down so it’s clear in reference to the desired style and the pricing. Some prices have a starting rate because it’s based upon the length and density of the hair. The more hair and the longer it is, then the higher the starting rate is.

When scheduling your service a credit/debit card will be required to book. At the time of your appointment, I will swipe your card in person, accept cash, or PayPal. If you are a no show/late cancellation, I will use the card on file to charge the fee.
